PROVIDING SERVICES FOR SENIOR INDEPENDENCE SINCE 1968

Regardless of health limitations, continuing to live independently becomes an increasingly important goal of almost every human being over the age of 60.

 

The York County Council on Aging offers services to help keep senior citizens in York and Chester counties living independently for as long as possible. These services include home delivered meals to frail. home-bound seniors, homemaker services, seven senior centers in York and Chester counties and transportation to and from our centers and other destination. We also manage two senior apartment complexes in Rock Hill and York. 

 

Our focus on health and wellness through our services provides the priceless gift of independence to many seniors in our community.

 

Founded in 1968, the York County Council on Aging is a private nonprofit with 501(c)3 status.
