The York County Council on Aging partners with and/or serves as owner-operator for three York County Senior Living Apartments. The Courtyard at Highland Park and Green Street Plaza are located in Rock Hill, while White Oaks Apartments are located in York.

All are secure, well maintained and offer seniors a safe living environment where they can meet other seniors while continuing to live independently.
